Through three personalised coaching sessions, you’ll unpack your career motivations, identify transferable and adjacent skills, explore real job options, and chart a strategic roadmap toward your long-term goals. With guided tools like the RIASEC and Knowdell assessments, Hope Map, and Career Development Plan, Career Forward equips you with both insight and a clear action plan — all while fitting seamlessly around your existing work life.

Career PathFinder supports unemployed individuals or those on a career break to gain clarity, overcome job search barriers, and re-enter the workforce with renewed focus and confidence. If you’ve faced challenges in your job search or feel uncertain about your direction, this programme offers the structured guidance and emotional reset you need to move forward.

Across three one-on-one coaching sessions, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of your values, motivations, and career strengths, while developing practical tools such as a targeted resume, elevator pitch, and job search strategy. The programme also includes goal-setting frameworks, networking guidance, and real-world job matching exercises to help you take confident, intentional steps toward your next opportunity.
