Career Conversion Programmes

Reskill your own competencies to explore new occupations and opportunities

Career Trial

Employers can assess jobseekers’ job fit through a short-term trial before offering employment with labour cost during the trial period borne by WSG, for up to 480 hours.

SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme

Introduced to support mid-career individuals to widen their professional networks and gain new, in-demand skills while preparing for more permanent jobs in the future.

TechSkills Accelarator Mid-Career Advance

Employers in ICT and non-ICT companies can leverage on TeSA’s programmes to mid-career professionals,  aged 40 and above, to their companies, or to develop existing employees with the relevant ICT skills.

Course fee and absentee payroll funding

Employers who support employees for training may enroll directly with SSG’s CET Centres or training providers delivering SSG-supported courses to be eligible for this funding.
